Vtg 1999 Microsoft Promo Advertising Refillable Black/Silver Ink Pen Technology

Pen is very heavy, weight wise and is made Very well. A HIGH QUALITY Pen! The strategic indentations on the silver barrel are there for grip. Pen needs ink refill. I included an image of the ink that’s inside already but I don’t see a number or marking on it so I’m not sure what size/type is needed.
