The product is a vintage copy of Microsoft’s MS-DOS 5.0 on two 5.25″ diskettes, branded for Uniron. This operating system is in English language. As shown in the photos, this is offered in the box with the manual in perfect condition. The diskettes did not come with any sleeves. I have not tested the diskettes, but images for them are available online if needed.
